Sellers:
Inventory is still very low. If you need or want to sell in 2023, there’s no need to wait to list. Interest rates are on the rise again, which will impact the pool of buyers for your home. Homes well prepared, priced right, properly marketed are still selling at or over asking within the first 30 days on the market.

Buyers:
Interest rates are climbing again and are projected to continue upwards for the next several months. So if you are financing, waiting to buy could end up costing you more. Deals can be found in listings that have been sitting on the market for more than 30 days. Make sure you are pre-qualified, clear on your budget and your non-negotiables, so you are ready when the right property comes to market.
