October 10 Market Update
Happy Friday folks! 🎉
I’ve got a market update for you today…actually this is from yesterday but it didn’t get uploaded. 🤦♀️
📈The number of listings has climbed significantly since my last update and this is the highest inventory levels we’ve seen in a long time.
📉Interest rates started to come down back in late August and that sparked an increase in buyer activity. Despite rates rebounding slightly last week, it appears that this is going to be a very active fall season.
🏘️Buyers have a lot more options to choose from than they’ve seen in a long time.
For Sellers, prices are holding strong and still selling at or above asking in the first 30 days on market.
